2. What data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the waitlist:

• Email address — the address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Consent record — the fact that, and the moment when, you agreed to this policy and to receiving launch emails.
• Technical data — collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and approximate location, used to deliver the page and keep it secure.
• Anti-spam data — when the bot-protection challenge is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals from your browser to tell humans from bots.
• Usage and analytics data — only if you consent to analytics, we collect anonymised statistics about how the page is used.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your data on the following legal bases:

• To add you to the waitlist and email you when early access opens — based on your consent.
• To confirm your email address (double opt-in), when enabled — based on your consent.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent spam and abuse — based on our legitimate interest.
• To measure and improve how the page performs — based on your consent to analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working — for example to remember your language and your cookie choices. These do not require consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set after you give consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. The bot-protection challenge may also set technical cookies when enabled.

5. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:

• Resend — to deliver waitlist and confirmation emails.
• Cloudflare — bot-protection (Turnstile) and content delivery.
• Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
• Our hosting provider — to operate and store the application securely.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.

6. International data transfers

Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist data until the Service launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it or withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.

Security and server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to erase your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to how we process your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and trusted infrastructure providers — to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
